Tradepoint 20/45 is a 418,000 square foot speculative industrial distribution development located on 30 acres in the South Dallas submarket within the greater DFW Metroplex. Champion commenced construction of Tradepoint 20/45 in early 2021, with project shell completion having occurred mid-year 2022.  With an ideal location proximate to both Interstate 20 and Interstate 45, Tradepoint 20/45 offers state-of-the-art features currently desired by large industrial tenants/users. This includes 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock truck loading with ample dock positions, significant levels of trailer parking and employee car parking, and site plan flexibility to provide for secure access, outdoor storage, and additional trailer/car parking areas. Champion capitalized Tradepoint 20/45 with joint venture equity from CrossHarbor Capital and debt financing from Veritex Bank.  Upon reaching shell completion, Champion sold Tradepoint 20/45 to a private real estate investor/developer.
