Legacy Commons

Located in the Far North Tollway office submarket of Dallas along Legacy Drive, Legacy Commons is a 300,000 square foot, 3-story, high-quality corporate office facility.  Legacy Commons was previously owned by Keurig Dr. Pepper and served as its corporate headquarters for more than two decades. Champion structured a short-term sale-leaseback with the seller, which provided the time needed to design and permit the extensive renovation plans for the property.  Under the new brand name of Legacy Commons and with a capital investment exceeding $12 million, Champion significantly upgraded the property, including a new main entry façade and building lobby, an extensive tenant lounge area with flexible gathering and seating options, a state-of-the-art fitness center with private shower/changing rooms, enhanced food service areas, upgraded outdoor spaces with various meeting and seating areas, and complete white-boxing of all vacant occupancy areas of the building.  With its high-quality renovated status, campus setting, larger floorplates, and adjacent land for development expansion, Legacy Campus was sold at year-end 2022 to a medical/healthcare company as part of their future growth and expansion plans.
